Our Story
Every business has a story; and ours is one built on real life experience, big leaps of faith, and a genuine passion for helping others create the life they want.
MO & Co Finance wasn’t created overnight. It grew from years spent in the automotive industry, working across both volume and luxury brands, where we built our foundations in building relationships, trust, and understanding what truly matters to people.
Moving from selling something tangible, like a car (and that new car smell & feeling at handover!)
The shift in lending began for us, arranging loans became something you can’t see or touch... This completely changed the way we viewed the industry.... Because while a home loan isn’t something you can physically hold, what it allows people to achieve is incredibly real; a new beginning, a growing family, a business opportunity, or a long awaited dream.
Over the years, that passion only grew - working across consumer & commercial lending, helping our clients navigate complex scenarios and find solutions that genuinely fit their lives and align with their goals. But the biggest turning point came outside of work.
After welcoming twins, and soon after another new addition, We became a family of 5 in a short 16 months!
Life became beautifully busy (Or pure chaos!)
Like many families, we found ourselves juggling long work hours, big responsibilities, and the desire to be more present during what we knew was such a special season of life.
We both knew something had to change....
We wanted more flexibility. More purpose. And a way to continue doing what we loved; helping people!

So, we took a leap.
We stepped away from the asset lending space, sold our first home that we had outgrown, and committed to building something from the ground up. It wasn’t the easy option, starting our own business while raising a young family came with uncertainty, but it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made.
That decision became MO & Co Finance. (For Our, Millie, Ollie & Madi)

Over 10+ years experience in lending & finance, Sarah is passionate about making the home loan process simple and stress-free.
Coffee-fuelled and always up for a chat, Sarah is known for her approachable, down-to-earth style and ability to make even the most complex lending scenarios feel simple and clear.
She specialises in working with first home buyers, guiding them through the process with confidence, as well as helping clients unlock and use equity to take the next step; whether that’s purchasing another property, renovating, or finally getting that pool you’ve always wanted.
Sarah also has strong experience supporting self-employed clients, understanding how to structure loans that reflect the true strength of their financial position.
Having personally navigated major life milestones, from property ownership to raising a young family, Sarah understands that behind every loan is a bigger story.

Harry developed a passion for helping people find the right fit for their needs; a skill that naturally transitioned into the world of finance. His experience spans asset and equipment finance, where he worked closely with individuals and businesses to structure lending solutions that supported growth and long term success.
